A custom sliding partition with a bespoke handle carved into a floor-to-ceiling length of English Oak. Modelled in a 3D CAD software to morph the square cross-section of Oak with a handle profile. The length of oak was milled from both sides with clever use of jigs. The partition divides the bedroom and living room is this ground floor London Flat, where other joinery and furniture elements were also designed, fabricated and installed by Oban CNC.
