Bespoke Douglas Fir moulding profiles milled using a select combination of 3D and 2D cuts for a restoration of an antique buffet. The CNC was able able to reproduce the complex jointed and curved components in large quantities with a great deal of accuracy. The parts were then hand assembled and finished to mimic an aged finish of the original buffet.
